About Justin
Built by the person you'll deal with.
Justin Brown started as an apprentice at Billyard Homes and spent more than twelve years there, with a builder whose finish and detail he still measures his own work against. He founded Carve Homes in 2014 after a decade building luxury homes for others. Today he has 23 years of high-end residential construction behind him, plus ten years of commercial restaurant fit-outs, where sequencing and finish are unforgiving.
Justin is also a Director and co-owner of Sandalwood Residential, through which around 50 homes have been delivered across the Hills. If you look up home-warranty insurance records for his recent work, that is the name you will find on them.
Every Carve Homes project is run by Justin personally. The person you meet at the first consultation is the person who runs your build.

Consult
We meet on site or at your place, talk through what you want and what the block or existing home allows, and give you a straight answer on scope and budget.
Design
With your designer or ours, we shape the plans with the build in mind, so what is drawn is what gets built.
Build
Justin runs the build himself. One team, quality checked at every stage, and you always know where things stand.
Handover
A finished home, checked as if it were our own, with Justin still a phone call away.
